WHERE TO GO, WHAT TIME AND HOW DO I GET THERE?

This year's Ball will again be held on the foreshore of Lake Hamilton. The Ball will commence at 6.15pm sharp and guests are required to be at the Grand Marquee by 7.00pm.

The following information is provided to assist you in making your transport arrangements for the night of the Ball. There will be street closures around the venue and vehicle access will be in accordance with the following arrangements.

TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE VENUE

To ensure the smooth arrival of over  500 guests in such a short time frame, the committee has organised transport from Hamilton's Coles Car Park. CAR PARKING is available at Coles Car Park and a shuttle bus service will operate from 6:00pm to transport patrons to and from the venue.  The first bus will depart at 6:05pm. All patrons will need to be at Coles Car Park no later than 6:30pm to ensure the evening can commence without delay. 

WHEN THE FUN IS OVER.....

From approximately 10:30pm, a Shuttle Bus will operate going back to the Coles Car Park for those wishing to leave early. At the completion of the evening (12:30am), buses will be at the venue to return guests to the Coles Car Park.

THER WILL BE NO PRIVATE VEHICLE ACCESS TO THE SITE for the drop off of patrons, with the exception of disabled vehicle permit cars, Taxis, Limos and Buses.

There will be no onsite parking available.
